New Freebie and New Links

        Just to keep my readers posted on what is happening with my blog, I am moving all my stuff from 4 Shared to Box. Box is automatic with no waiting and you don't need to sign in. REPOST Freebies

Greetings!
Not sure why these didn't post on my blog like they should have. All the freebies I made for you guys and they never showed up, at least on what I am looking at when I look at my blog! Sniff!!! I keep getting a "Cross Scripting Error" from Internet Explorer so I'm not sure if that the problem or not. Any way I thought I would repost these since the last entry I see is January!!!!! This should have been my second post for February. It's a Frame cluster I made from Pink's portion of the blog train . New Years Resolution Freebie

Freebie Alert!

      Just a quick post before heading north with family to give my MIL some extra TLC while she is recovering from a fall and broken hip. 
      Here is my latest freebie creation for you all. You guys have got to check out Pink's portion of the blog train "Winter Berry." because it is totally awesome. Wish I could make papers and elements like she does! I just could not get enough of the colors and textures she included in her kit.

Next up is my second freebie creation which I made from Pinks Portion of the kit "Christmas Magic." I liked this kit too, but "Winter Berry" just has so much POP to it...I'm a little partial.

I usually put a link under my goodies to download from 4shared, but today I thought I would spare you all the trouble. So all you have to do is Right Click on the image, and  choose "Save Picture As" and it should download in a PNG file format on your computer. My TOU is the same as always.  If you have any trouble at all, or the Quick page is not 12x12 please let me know and I'll send you another copy via email.

Just a few things I would like to share before I head out.
As some of you know I recently lost my EHD with the last 3 years of treasured memories on it and all my scrapping stuff. Perhaps some of you have had a similar experience and this might be of help to you. I was told by multiple people that my drive was not working and data recovery would start at $250 bucks. Like ouch....I tried a million recovery programs but none worked. Last night I happened on this page:
http://www.runtime.org/data-recovery-products.htm  I downloaded all the trial versions just for the heck of it with little hope they would work...and what  do you know??? They instantly found my files, folders on my EHD, and the last 3 years of my scrapping life in a snap! Yes, in order to get full recovery you do have to buy the program but it's a pittance in comparison to commercial data recovery. I thought this info may be helpful to some who have faced similar losses.

Man, it's been a while!!!! Glad I can fffffinally post again and time for the holidays. I won't bore you all with all the details of my External Hard Drive crash which put my life into a spin or how life just happens and demands your full attention. However, I will share the details of an absolutely beautiful kit that Pink made for the WFE Christmas blog  entitled Festival of Lights. She is such a talented artist...it just makes her kits shine. Freebies, freebies and more freebies

I am very happy to share some awesome freebies with you guys! Miss Pink has out done herself this time! She participated in 3 Halloween blog trains and I had so much fun playing around with her portion of them, and now they are up for grabs!

My favorite blog train this time was the rather unique and different entitled Phantasmagoria. If you haven't heard the name before, neither did I. So here is some background information that Pink included on her blog. Phantasmagoria (also fantasmagorie, fantasmagoria) was a form of theatre which used a modified magic lantern to project frightening images such as skeletons, demons, and ghosts onto walls, smoke, or semi-transparent screens, frequently using rear projection. The projector was mobile, allowing the projected image to move and change size on the screen, and multiple projecting devices allowed for quick switching of different images. Invented in France in the late 18th century, it gained popularity through most of Europe (especially England) throughout the 19th century.

Meaning:
1. a shifting series of phantasms, illusions, or deceptive appearances, as in a dream or as created by the imagination.
2. a changing scene made up of many elements.
3. an optical illusion produced by a magic lantern or the like in which figures
increase or diminish in size, pass into each other, dissolve, etc.

Pink made so many of her elements glow and created such unique embellishments for this train, I made 3 quick pages that are all variations on this same theme.

      Man, did I have fun recently, playing around with Pink's portion of the brand new Blog Train "Baking a Rainbow." I made a quick page from it but also made some more goodies I will post tomorrow.  As you will see,  I really liked the colors and style of "Under the Big Top" so I made another Quick page for that blog train too.       Next up, I have another Spring Wedding page. I tell ya' I just couldn't keep my hands off of that kit. Pink assured me it was not too late to make another post if a kit inspired me to keep creating, which PINK'S always do!!! My wedding and anniversary is Christmas Eve day, not that I don't like being married and all but this time, I think it was the fact that Pink did a  DYNAMITE job on this kit. I also made a eWedding Invitation for this kit so toggle down and you'll find it.

      I just have to share this. Both of my sons are in HS, and I am so proud of both of them. They both have such good hearts, and I can really trust and talk to both of them. When I look at who they are, not what they've accomplished, I smile and feel happy because they both turned into kind, caring, (I could go on and on) good people. In a world that is NOT so kind some times, I just wanted to share these.

I've always liked this drawing by my youngest. The scanner didn't pick up half of it, but I've always loved the way the wind was blowing the dudes hair and how he played with the light and shadows.

 Woops, wrong date but This is Jordan displaying his award for the district for going "Above and Beyond" for our community. Beside him is another LT. Gov. of a neighboring district.
